Oracle CRM On Demand provides prebuilt dashboards, which group reports into business areas. In addition, users whose role has the Manage Dashboards privilege can create interactive dashboards.
This topic describes how to view prebuilt and interactive dashboards.
NOTE: If your role does not allow you to view a certain report on a dashboard, or if a report was deleted after it was added to the dashboard, an error message appears on the dashboard where the report would have been displayed.
