Printing Reports

You can print a report from the Reports Homepage or, if your role includes the Manage Custom Reports privilege, from Oracle CRM On Demand Answers.

TIP: Printing in landscape mode optimizes the appearance of a report.

To print a report from the Reports Homepage

  1. In Oracle CRM On Demand, click the Reports tab.
  2. On the Reports Homepage, click the link for the report that you want to print:
    • To print a prebuilt report, click the link for the report on the Reports Homepage.
    • To print a custom report, drill down on the My Analyses folder or the Shared Analyses folder, and click the link for the custom report.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the report page, click Printer Friendly, then select HTML or PDF, depending on the format that you want.

    The report opens in a separate window.

  4. In the report window, in the browser menu, select File, then Print.
  5. In the print window, select your preferences, then print the report.
  6. Close the report window.

To print a report from within Oracle CRM On Demand Answers

  1. In Oracle CRM On Demand, click the Reports tab.
  2. On the Reports Homepage, in the Custom Reports and Analyses section, click Design Analyses to open Oracle CRM On Demand Answers.
  3. On the Oracle CRM On Demand Answers page, click Open Analysis.
  4. In the Open Analysis dialog box, locate and select the analysis you want to print and then click OK.
  5. In the Build and View Analysis page, in the title bar, click Preview Analysis.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the report, click Printer Friendly, then select HTML or PDF.

    The report opens in a separate window.

  7. In the report window, in the browser menu, select File, then Print.
  8. In the print window, select your preferences, then print the report.
  9. Close the report window.
