About Prebuilt Reports

Oracle CRM On Demand provides a number of prebuilt reports. You cannot edit or delete prebuilt reports. However, you can open, edit, and save these reports under different names. You can use them to form the basis of a new custom report. These reports are on the Reports Homepage and are organized into the following sections:

  • Quick Lists
  • Pipeline Analysis
  • Sales Effectiveness
  • Customers
  • Service
  • Marketing Effectiveness
  • Usage Tracking

Quick Lists

The following table lists the information.

Displays a list of all of your opportunities by account

Opportunities By Sales Stage

Displays a list of all of your opportunities by sales stage

Activities By Opportunity

Creates and evaluates a list of all of your activities by opportunity

Contact Mailing List

Displays and prints a mailing list of all of your contacts by account

Analyzes the age, followup, and status trends for leads.

Analyzes volume trends for leads by lead source.

Opportunity Source Analysis by Close Date

Tracks the trend for lead sources for opportunities based on the closing date for the opportunity.

Opportunity Source Analysis by Create Date

Tracks the trend for lead sources for opportunities based on the creation date for the opportunity.

Projected Revenue

Estimates future closed revenue. The estimate is based on the past performance metrics.

Usage Tracking

The Usage Tracking reports are available to users who have the Usage Tracking privilege. The following table lists the information.

Analyzes record type usage in your application by calendar quarter of the selected year.

User Adoption Analysis

Analyzes user adoption of your application based on the user logins.

Setup and Configuration Overview

Displays a summary of application setup and configuration details for your company.

User Logins By Role

Displays and analyzes user logins by role by calendar year and month.

User Logins By Top 25 Users

Displays and analyzes your top user logins by calendar year and month.

Top 10 Page Views

Displays and analyzes the performance of the top 10 page views of your application.

Analytics Performance

Displays an analysis of the performance of your reporting and analytic queries and dashboards.

Report Metrics

The following metrics appear in some of the previous reports:

  • Avg Deal Size. The average deal size based on the opportunity revenue, which is converted to the user’s default currency.
  • Cost per Closed Sale. The cost divided by the number of wins.
  • Cost per Lead. The cost divided by the number of leads.
  • ROI (Return On Investment). The Return On Investment ratio is calculated using the total opportunity revenue that is derived from the campaign (Gain) and the total cost of the campaign (Cost). The formula is (Gain minus Cost) divided by Cost.
  • Opportunity Win Rate. The percentage of the opportunities won.
