Contact Team History Analytic Subject Area
This subject area is available in all editions of Oracle CRM On Demand.
This subject area allows you to report on the many-to-many relationship between contacts and team members. You can use it to list all team members associated with a contact and all contacts where a user is added as a team member. You cannot use this subject area to report on contacts who are not associated with any user or to report on users not linked to a contact. This subject area does not have any fact tables nor any metrics.
This subject area has the following dimensions:
The Contact dimension includes a Book hierarchy, which enables you to analyze metrics and related attributes at any level.
