Managing Service and Communications

To manage service and communications, perform the following processes:

  1. Process of Creating a Service Request.
  2. Process of Working on a Service Request.
  3. Process of Resolving a Service Request.
  4. Process of Closing a Service Request.

Service requests can result from either incoming calls from the customer or customer calls received through Oracle CRM On Demand.
