Tracking the Best Calling Times
To record and track the best time to call on a contact (typically, a physician or another health care provider), complete the following procedure to add the best calling time. Creating this record allows you to track when a contact is available at a given location.
NOTE: If you do not see the Best Times section in your Contact Detail page, add this section as described in Changing Your Detail Page Layout, or contact your company administrator. This feature is available in Oracle CRM On Demand Life Sciences Edition only.
