Workflow Instance Fields

The following table describes the fields that you can view for workflow instances in the pending or error state in the Workflow Monitor.

Field

Description

Instance ID

The ID that Oracle CRM On Demand generates for this workflow instance.

Workflow Name

The name of the workflow rule where the workflow action is configured.

Record Type

The record type for the workflow rule.

Trigger Event

The event that triggers the workflow rule.

Workflow Action

The name of the workflow action of which this is an instance.

Error Message

For workflow instances in the error state, this field shows the reason why this instance of the workflow action terminated.

Initiated By

The name of the user whose action triggered this instance of the workflow rule.

Initiated On

The date and time when this instance of the workflow rule was triggered.

Resumes On

For workflow instances in the pending state, this field shows the date and time that the wait period for this instance of the workflow action will end.

Terminated On

For workflow error instances, this field shows the date and time that this instance of the workflow action terminated.
