You can use the --create-profile command option
to create new profiles from the command line. When you use this
option, Oracle Virtual Desktop Client does not run and the connect screen is not
displayed.
Any configuration settings you make when using
--create-profile are saved in the profile.
Otherwise, default settings are used. If you specify a server to
connect to, the server name is saved in the profile.
If the profile file name already exists, using the
--create-profile option overwrites it.
For example, to create a new profile in the default location
called myprofile that connects to the server
sr-1.example.com, run the following command:
ovdc --profile myprofile --create-profile sr-1.example.com
To create the profile in a different location, use the full path
name with the --profile option.
