Enum Constant Detail

GET

public static final StatusPageRedirectTarget.HTTPMethod GET
The redirection should be performed using a HTTP GET. The Uri first has its query string parameters populated using the populateRedirectionURI method. The URI can be considered a template for the URI that should be retrieved by the client.

This method can be used where JavaScript is not available on the client.

POST

public static final StatusPageRedirectTarget.HTTPMethod POST
The redirection should be performed by a HTTP POST. A form is generated that submits to the Uri. Any query parameters from the original status page request are appended to the URI. The form that is posted contains an input field containing the desktop state.

This method of redirection requires JavaScript to be available on the client.
