    - SEO-17: Previously, a NullPointerException would occur when encoding

INSTALLATION (2.1.0)

    The Endeca URL Optimization API for Java is distributed as a Zip file named
    UrlOptimizationAPIJava-2.1.0.zip.

    1. In your local environment, locate the Zip file that you downloaded from
       the Endeca Developer's Network (EDeN).
        
    2. Extract the Zip file to a local drive. Endeca recommends extracting to
       C:\. Extracting the file to C:\ creates the subdirectory structure
       C:\Endeca\SEM\URLOptimizationAPIs\Java\2.1.0. 
    
    3. Add the URL Optimization API libraries to your classpath. These libraries
       are located in the \Endeca\SEM\URLOptimizationAPIs\Java\2.1.0\lib
       directory and consist of the urlFormatterSeo.jar and urlFormatterCore.jar
       files.

    For further information about package contents and implementing the URL 
    Optimization API, please refer to the URL Optimization API for Java 
    Developer's Guide, available for download from the Endeca Developer 
    Network (EDeN).

    
MIGRATION (2.1.0)

    There are no required migration changes to make if you are going from
    version 2.0.0 to version 2.1.0 of the API.
    
    Version 2.1.0 of the URL Optimization API for Java is compatible with 
    Endeca IAP 6 using Platform Services 6.1.0 only. It is not compatible 
    with IAP 5.1.x or Platform Services 6.0.1.
