Document Management

Assign User to License "Document Management for PDM, named User"

	It is possible to restrict certain users to the funtionality of the Document Management only. The respective user will use after the login only the license "Document Management for PDM, named User".
	Select Manager > Permissions > User > Additional Attributes. The EDB user attributes window is opened.
	Select the respective user.
	To change to edit mode click .
	Select the Document Management Only checkbox.
	To save the entry click .
