Import Files

	Files not needed regularly may be exported or moved to an external vault (such as a CD-ROM). However, once exported files must be re-imported before they can be viewed or modified again. After an import request has been generated, the file can be imported into the system (Field Status - Entry E). The file to be imported must exist in the export area and needs to be copied from a secondary storage media to the corresponding export area.
	Select Manager > File Management > Files. The FMS-File mask is opened.
	Select the requested file to be imported.
	Select Import from the context menu.
	Agile e6 does not permit copying files from secondary media (such as tape drives). Files must be imported from devices with a file system (e.g. CD-ROM drives).
	After the file was imported, the State field in the File tab of the Documents mask does not contain an entry any more!
