Printing with Java Client
  For printing in Java Client, an external printing service has to be applied that can be included with the help of the userexit pri_wdg.
For further information regarding external printing services please get in touch with the respective Oracle Product Manager.

Lightweigth Reporting
  Lightweight Reporting is an additional print solution that will launch the Web Client to show the requested report in HTML.
Lightweight Reporting needs to be set up by the system administrator separately. Refer to Configuring Lightweight Reporting. It is available for the objects: Item, BOM, Document, Project and Work Request/Work Order.
   
 

Printing with Windows Client
Only in Agile e6 Windows Client the Print Studio is available. Further information about this tool can be found in the corresponding module documentation.
 

You can print one or more records and their meta-information, as well as documents attached to an object, directly from Agile e6.

You can call up printing functions in different ways from Agile e6 Windows Client:

  • Mask toolbar:
  • Context menu: Print
  • Context menu: Reporting > Single Level (initiates Lightweight Reporting)
In Web Client you can only print using the button or the key combination <CTRL>+<P>.
 

How to Print a Data Record in Windows Client (Print Studio)
Keep in mind that starting to print accidentally may result in a very long print job!
Select a data record in a list or form.
Click the button or <CTRL<+<P> to execute a print job.
If no printer is selected, you can select one from the Tools > Select Printer menu.
Click on the corresponding radio button to select an application (MS Word or MS Access).

Click Next> .
The selected application is opened and the record displayed. You can print the record from the application.
