AutoVue Integration

Provide PLM properties for Header/Footer or Watermark

	The AutoVue integration supports a data mapping to provide PLM data within the AutoVue viewer. These so called DMS properties can be defined within the PLM system and are stored in the PLM entity table T_PVM_MAP_DAT.
	The integration allows to define the meta data mapping between the PLM table fields and the Property Mappings. The properties are not site specific.
	Please note that only the following entities are supported: files, documents and the relations between these two entities!
	Select System > Autovue > Property Mapping. The Property Mapping list with the following default properties is opened.
	Please note that when defining and adding further properties to the Property Mapping list, the mandatory fields (yellow color) must be filled.
	Property names must always start with "PLM-..."! The Property Mapping list includes checkstrings which force the correct beginning independently from what is entered!
	When inserting a new property the checkbox in the In use column is set active per default!
	When a new property is entered that matches an already existing name (but with different field name and/or entity), the checkbox in the In use column is automatically activated for the new property whereas the "old" property is automatically deactivated! This behavior only happens when saving the modifications!
	Properties can be activated/de-activated via the respective order from the context menu! When activating a property the already activated property will be automatically deactivated!
	You will also find the properties in the DMS tab of the Properties mask (Click File>Properties in the Embedded Viewer).
