Checking PLM Admin Server

	In the PLM Admin Server the Workflow must be enabled for the current environment.
	Start the PLM Admin Server.
	Select Administrate Agile PLM > Manage existing environment > View environment definition file.
	Search for the sections [Modules\Core\Orb] [Modules\Core\Prm] [Modules\Core\Wfl]. The sections contain the Startup attribute.
	Check the Startup attribute: *immediately: The Workflow is enabled. In each* section the Startup attribute must be set to immediately. disabled: The Workflow is disabled, when even in one of the sections Startup is set on disabled.**
