Mail Configuration

Click System > Release Management > Change Notification... to open the Mailing mask .
In this mask you configure the release mail.
 
 

The following settings are available:

  • Activate/Deactivate whether release mails are displayed at system startup or not.
  • Activate/Deactivate the creation of a release mail for each state transition.

Settings concerning the Contents of release mails:

  • No control mail (default setting)
  • Control mail to receiver
  • Control mail to sender
  • Control mail to sender and receiver
Activate/deactivate the checkbox or click on a radio button.
Confirm your settings with OK.
The window is closed and the settings are stored.
