Description

When quality checking is enabled, this attribute holds the minimum number of characters that must be used in a password. If this attribute is not present, no minimum password length will be enforced. If Directory Server is unable to check the length, because the password is hashed for example, Directory Server will, depending on the value of the pwdCheckQuality attribute, either accept the password without checking it (when pwdCheckQuality is 0 or 1) or return LDAP_CONSTRAINT_VIOLATION and refuse to add or modify the password.

The maximum allowed values in seconds are: Off - 0, Minimum - 2, Maximum - 512.
