Yes. Using the mobile application on your phone or tablet, you can send a link to a folder or library to other applications, such as email, messaging, or social media, and share the link with others. If they have permissions to the linked folder or library, they will be able access it using a web browser. Controlling who has the permissions to folders or libraries in Oracle WebCenter Content can only be done using the security options available when you log in using your supported web browser.
