I can't sign in to the content server

You need three things to sign in to Oracle WebCenter Content from your mobile device: your user name, your password, and the address of the computer where the Oracle WebCenter content server is installed. Verify that you have entered your user name and password. Common entry errors are using or forgetting capital letters, putting a dot in the wrong place, or simply mis-typing.

If you've verified that you've used the right user name and password, then check with your system administrator to be sure you have the right address for the content server. Be careful to use the address exactly as your system administrator gives it to you, including any slashes, colons, or port numbers.

WebCenter Content may be protected behind a corporate firewall. Check with your system administrator to see if you need to be connected directly to a corporate wireless network, or if you need to use a virtual private network (VPN) when outside the corporate network.

I don't remember my passcode

If you enable the four-digit passcode but forget what you set it to, tap Forgot Passcode. You can then sign out of the app, which will clear your cache and reset your passcode option. When you sign back in, you can choose to enable the passcode option and create a new passcode.
