Record a PowerPoint Slide Show

After completing this topic, you will be able to record PowerPoint slide shows.

Steps:

1. We have opened the Order Release Functional Overview section and selected the Order Release Enhancements topic.

5. We have opened the Options dialog box to show that the Recorder default is set to automatic screenshot recording.

   Step 5

6. Start the topic recording.

    

   Click the Record Topic button.

   Step 6

7. We have opened the presentation you are going to record.

   Step 7

8. Start the slide show.

    

   Click the Slide Show from current slide button.

   Step 8

9. Start the recording process.

    

   Press [PrintScreen].

   Step 9

10. Press [Enter] to advance to the next slide.

    Step 10

11. The slide advances and the Recorder captures the action.

    Step 11

12. Advance to the next slide.

     

    Press [Enter].

    Step 12

13. Continue advancing the slides with the Enter key until the blank End of Slide Show frame appears.

     

    Press [Enter].

    Step 13

14. Press [Enter].

    Step 14

15. Press [Enter].

    Step 15

16. Press [PrintScreen] to end the recording.

     

    Press [PrintScreen].

22. After you are finished automatically recording screenshot, you should change back to the manual recording mode.
