Steps:
Publish the Creating and Opening Documents section for the Player.
Step 1Publish the selected content using the File menu.
Click the File menu.
Step 2Click the Publish command.
Step 3Publish to the default publishing destination.
Click the Next > button.
Step 4Continue setting the publishing options.
Click the Next > button.
Step 5Click the Publish local content option.
Step 6Click the Next > button.
Step 7Click the Continue button.
Step 8Choose the desired deployment option.
In this example, click the Player and LMS option.
Step 9Change the Print It! format to a System Process Document.
Click the Format for Print It! mode list.
Step 10Click the System Process list item.
Step 11Exclude all topic screenshots from the Print It! document.
Click the Include Screenshot list.
Step 12Click the None list item.
Step 13Notice that the default output format for Print It! is HTML Web Page.
Step 14Publish the Player deployment.
Click the Publish button.
Step 15The Publishing Process begins publishing the Player Package.
Step 16When the publishing is complete, launch the content automatically.
Click the Finish button.
Step 17Click the Changing the Page Setup topic.
Step 18View the Print It! document for the topic.
Click the Print It! button.
Step 19Click the scroll bar to display the Procedure page.
Step 20Notice that the procedure does not include screenshots. Close the Print It! window.
Click the Close button.
