Enable a User as an Expert or Feedback Monitor

After completing this topic, you will be able to enable a user as an expert or feedback monitor.

7. In this example, you will assign the user, Philip Bailey, as both the expert and feedback monitor for the same title. However, you can assign different users as experts and feedback monitors.

    

   Notice that we have filled in the E-mail Address field for the user.

8. Depending on the size and resolution of your monitor, you may need to scroll the User Properties page to view the Permissions section at the bottom.

9. Click the Expert option.

   Step 9

10. Select the titles for which you want to enable the user as an expert.

     

    Click the Basic Excel Skills title.

11. Assign the user as a feedback monitor for the Basic Excel Skills title.

     

    Click the Feedback Monitor option.

12. Click in the bottom of the scrollbar to view the available titles.

     

    Click the scrollbar.

13. Select the title(s) for which you want to enable the user as a  feedback monitor.

     

    Click the Basic Excel Skills title.

14. Click the Save button.

15. Click the Back to List link.
