Depending on your installation, responses to inline questions and assessments and pre- and post-assessments are tracked. Inline questions and inline assessments are tracked when deployed through the Player in the standard installation of the Knowledge Center or through a Knowledge Path in the Professional installation of the Knowledge Center. Tracking reports are available in the Reports section in the Knowledge Center for users with the appropriate permissions. You can run one of the sample custom reports, customize an existing report, or create a new one.
In the Professional installation, additional reports are available for tracking pre- and post-assessments, or you can create new reports using external tools, such as Microsoft Excel, to query the tracking database.
