Steps:
Assign the text "General" to the Department field for the Opening a Document topic.
Click in the Department field.
Step 2Enter the desired information into the Department field. Enter "General".
Step 3Press [Enter].
Step 4Assign a Status and Revision text to the Opening a Document and Printing a Document topics.
Press the [Ctrl] key and click the Printing a Document topic.
Step 5Click in the Status field.
Step 6Enter the desired information into the Status field. Enter "in progress".
Step 7Press [Enter].
Step 8Click in the SPD Revision field.
Step 9Enter the desired information into the SPD Revision field. Enter "2.1".
Step 10Press [Enter].
