Recapture a Screenshot


After completing this topic, you will be able to recapture a screenshot.


Steps:

  4. Recapture the screenshot for the selected frame.

     

    Click the Edit menu.

  5. Point to the Recapture command.

  6. Click the Screenshot command.

  7. Notice that the Recorder opens with "Recapture Screenshot" as the next screenshot to be captured. Before recapturing a screenshot, you should make sure that the target application is set up to display what you want to capture.

     

    We have opened a document and selected all of the text for the screenshot.

  8. Activate the WordPad application.

     

    Click the NewCustomer.rtf - WordPad title bar.

  9. Press [PrintScreen] to recapture the screenshot.

  10. Notice that the original blank document screenshot has been replaced with one you captured showing text.

  12. Cycle through the other action for the frame.

     

    Click the Next action button.

  13. Notice that the screenshot has changed for the second alternative action as well.

  14. Select the Start frame.

     

    Click the S frame.

  15. Changing the screenshot for the first frame also affects the Start frame.
