Link New Questions to an Outline

After completing this topic, you will be able to link a new question to an outline.

Steps:

1. Step 1

2. Select the document in the outline below which you want to link a new question. You want to add a question to follow the Opening a Document topic.

    

   Click the Opening a Document topic.

4. Create a multiple choice question based on the information in the concept.

    

   Click the Link New Question button.

5. Link a multiple choice question with a single answer.

    

   Click the Multiple Choice (Single Answer) command.

   Step 5

6. Enter the desired information into the Name field. Enter "WordPad Documents".

   Step 6

7. Press [Enter].

   Step 7

8. The blank question template appears in the Question Preview pane.

   Step 8

9. We have selected the parent document for the question and opened the Related Documents toolpane.

    

   Notice that the question is listed as one of the child documents that the parent links to.
