There are several pages that have the potential to have long lists, such as User Management. A Search option is available on these pages. Searchable criteria varies depending on the page information. For example, you can perform a search in the User Management page to find a user by first, last, and/or username fields, as well as email address. 


You can use the Search option to search for a specific item by entering an exact name, or you can enter a part of a name or even a single letter to filter the list.


To search for a specific item in a list:

  1. Click in the text box to the left of Search.
     
  2. Enter the text you want to find (for example, a user name).
     
  3. Click Search.

To filter the list to show a group of items:

  1. Click in the text box to the left of Search.
     
  2. Enter part of the text for which you want to search, such as a letter or a partial word.
     
  3. Click Search.
