Steps:
Philip Bailey is a feedback monitor for the Basic Excel Skills title. He needs to review the feedback submitted for that title.
Click the Review Feedback link.
Step 2The reported feedback shows the subject links and the date of the last activity. View the comments for the Formulas feedback.
Click the Formulas link.
Step 3Respond to the user's comment.
Click in the Comment field.
Step 4Enter the desired information into the Submit field. Enter "Thank you.".
Step 5Submit your response.
Click the Submit button.
Step 6Filter the list to view unread comments only.
Click the Show open items only link.
Step 7The list shows the comments that have not been viewed by a Feedback Monitor assigned this title.
Note: When any Feedback Monitor views a comment, it is automatically marked as read.
Step 8Display all comments.
Click the Show all items link.
Step 9Compile the feedback report.
Click the View Report link.
Step 10You can create a report for all titles for which you are assigned as a feedback monitor or just specific titles. View the Title options.
Click the Title list.
Step 11Limit the report to one title.
Click the Basic Excel Skills list item.
Step 12You can also filter the report to include feedback activity for a specific date range. Select a starting date.
Click in the From field.
Step 13Use the pop-up calendar to view the previous month.
Click the Previous button.
Step 14Start the report on the 1st of the month.
Click the 1 object.
Step 15Leave the To field blank to include data up to the today's date. Proceed to the next report screen.
Click the Next button.
Step 16You can select a sort field.
Click the Sort By list.
Step 17You can sort by the title name or the date of the last activity. Sort by the date.
Click the Date of last activity list item.
Step 18Process the report.
Click the Process Report button.
Step 19Since we are only reporting on one title, the Feedback Report shows the title at the top of the page. It also shows the date selection.
The report information shows the feedback subject item, the activity, and the path to the commented subject item.
The report includes the submitted feedback and feedback monitor responses, the user providing the responses, and the date/time of the activity. The feedback monitor responses are indented to show the conversation flow.
Step 20Return to the Review Feedback page.
Click the Back button.
Step 21Close Review Feedback by returning to the home page.
Click the Home button.
