Edit Files in the Package Editor

After completing this topic, you will be able to edit package files in the Package Editor.

Steps:

1. Step 1

3. Edit the package linked to the concept.

    

   Click the Edit package button.

   Step 3

4. Open the text document from the Package Editor.

    

   Double-click the cover letter.txt list item.

   Step 4

5. The package file opens in Notepad, which is the parent application. Edit the package file by deleting "Robert" in the salutation "Dear Mr. Robert Campanellas:".

    

   Double-click the word Robert.

   Step 5

6. Press [Delete].

   Step 6

7. Close the Notepad application and save the text document.

    

   Click the Close button.

   Step 7

8. Save the changes to the text document.

    

   Click the Yes button.

   Step 8

9. Save the Customer Files package.

    

   Click the Save button.

   Step 9

10. Close the Package Editor.

     

    Click the Close button.

    Step 10

11. The change to the web page appears in the Concept pane.

    Step 11
