The following REST MVC services enable Call Center agents to assist customers. The following REST MVC calls examples are specific to internal users, such as those used by Oracle ATG Commerce Service Center, and are intended for the creation of REST MVC calls for Commerce Service Center call center agent actions.

As described in previous sections, REST MVC calls are based on actors that perform specific functions. This section is organized by tasks that agents perform on behalf of customers. These agent-specific REST MVC calls are different than external user REST MVC calls in that they use the agent_cookies.txt file to store cookie information, and are located in the DCS-CSR modules. For ATG REST MVC calls for external customers, refer to the External REST MVC Service Call Examples section.
