Directory Proxy Server Logging

Directory Proxy Server logs information in access logs and error logs. Additionally, a plug-in can be configured to log messages to a syslog daemon. Unlike Directory Server, Directory Proxy Server does not provide an audit log.

Log files for Directory Proxy Server can be configured through Directory Service Control Center or on the command line. For information about how to configure log files, see Chapter 27, Directory Proxy Server Logging, in Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition Administration Guide.
