After you have recorded your content, you can preview it before you continue. You can preview the recorded topic in See It! mode as a simulation in your browser or your recorded test as a Word document. Author notes entered during the recording test process display next to the steps in this print output.

 

To preview a topic in See It! mode: 

  1. From the Preview Your Topic or Test page, click Preview as simulation.
     
  2. Click Next.
     
  3. View the topic in See It! mode then close the See It! window to return to the Record It! wizard.
            
  4. Click Next to advance to the next page of the wizard.

To preview a test results document: 

  1. From the Preview Your Topic or Test page, click Preview as test.
     
  2. Click Next.
     
  3. View the test results in Test Results document in Word.
     
  4. Save the document if you want to keep it then close Word to return to the Record It! wizard.  
     
  5. Click Next to advance to the next page of the wizard.
