Create a True/False Question

After completing this topic, you will be able to create a true/false question.

Steps:

1. Create a true/false question from a folder in the Library. Select the folder in which you want to save the question.

    

   Click the Questions and Assessments folder.

   Step 1

2. Create a new question.

    

   Click the File menu.

   Step 2

3. Point to the New command.

   Step 3

4. Point to the Question command.

   Step 4

5. Click the True/False command.

   Step 5

6. Add the question text.

    

   Click in the Click to add question text field.

   Step 6

7. Enter the question text. Enter "The title bar at the top of the application window".

   Step 7

8. We have entered the question text for you.

   Step 8

9. Select the correct response.

    

   Click the True option.

   Step 9

10. Associate the question with content.

     

    Click in the Associated Content field.

    Step 10

11. Click the Browse button.

    Step 11

12. We have navigated to the folder containing the topic to associate.

     

    Click the Opening a Document topic.

    Step 12

13. Click the Open button.

    Step 13

14. Change the remediation to show only when the user asks.

     

    Click in the Remediation field.

15. Click the Remediation list.

    Step 15

16. Click the User Asks list item.

    Step 16

17. Close the Properties toolpane.

     

    Click the Close button.

18. Save the question.

     

    Click the Save button.

19. Notice that the Save As dialog box opens to the selected folder in the Library. We have named the question for you.

     

    Click the Save button.
