The Add Optional Information page allows you to select an owner of the topic or test and set the state of the content. If an owner is set, they are able to edit the topic or test by selecting it on the Select Topic or Test to Edit page.

Warning! If you select an owner other than yourself, you will not be able to edit the topic or test.

To add optional information to a topic or test in Record It!: 

1. From the Add Optional Information page, select an owner of the topic or test from the Owner list.
    
2. Select the state of content from the State list.
    
3. Click Next to advance to the next page of the wizard.
