Set Global Scoring Defaults for Know It?

After completing this topic, you will be able to set the global scoring defaults for Know It? mode.

Steps:

1. Open the Options dialog box.

    

   Click the Tools menu.

   Step 1

2. Click the Options command.

   Step 2

3. Select the General category under Content Defaults.

    

   Click the General list item.

   Step 3

4. Change the default scoring percentage for all new topics to 80%.

    

   Double-click in the Required percentage field to select the text.

   Step 4

5. Enter the desired information into the Required percentage field. Enter "80".

   Step 5

6. Close the Options dialog box.

    

   Click the OK button.

   Step 6

7. All newly created topics will now be assigned a Know It Required % setting of 80%.

   Step 7
