After completing this topic, you will be able to link a concept using the Topic Editor.
Steps:
Open the Concept toolpane in the Topic Editor.
Click the View menu.
Step 1Point to the Panes menu.
Step 2Click the Concept command.
Step 3Note that the Concept toolpane opens at the bottom of the Topic Editor.
Step 4Click the Create link button.
Step 5Link to a document in the Library.
Click the Document in Library link.
Step 6Browse to the location in the Library where the document you want to link is located. The file is in the Content/Attachments folder.
Double-click the Content folder.
Step 7Double-click the Attachments folder.
Step 8Select the web page you want to link as the concept.
Click the SaveFile web page.
Step 9Click the OK button.
Step 10The web page is linked as the concept and appears in the Concept toolpane.
Step 11Close the Concept toolpane.
Click the Close button.
Step 12Close the topic using the tab Close button.
Click the Close button.
Step 13Save the changes made to the topic.
Click the Yes button.
Step 14The web page you linked as a concept in the Topic Editor appears in the Concept pane in the Outline Editor.
Step 15After completing this topic, you are able to link a concept using the Topic Editor.
