If you have created custom properties for documents, you can use the Custom Properties menu command on the Details menu of the template toolbar to insert a table of the custom properties and their values. You can also insert individual custom properties outside the table, using the following format: 

CP_<bmname>_Val_<N> 

Example: CP_authorname_val_1 

Parameters for the bookmark: 

CP  

Indicates that the bookmark is for a custom property. 

<bmname> 

The name of the bookmark as shown in the Custom Properties table in the Developer. 

val 

The value of the bookmark from in the Custom Properties table in the Developer. 

<N> 

A unique number for the bookmark.
