The image actions_menu.gif displays the following:

At the top left, there is a search box, with a button labeled Go.

On the left side, below the search box, is a typical report-style list showing columns for Name and Type. In these columns are six secured target names with their corresponding type (such as Oracle Database, Microsoft Windows, etc.)

On the right side at the top, there is an Actions menu, next to the Go button. The Actions menu is expanded to show the menu options: Select Columns, Filter, Rows Per Page, Format, Save Report, Reset, Help, and Download.
