Under the title are three fields:
Audited by - with radio buttons for these options: Both, Proxy, or User
Statement Execution Condition - a drop-down list for selecting Success, Failure, or Both
DML Audit Granularity - a static field that displays "Access"
The bottom section of the image has the title "Select Settings." Below this heading are two boxes, with the box on the left containing the available Statement Audit types, such as ALL STATEMENTS, and ALTER JAVA CLASS. The box on the right contains the Statement Audit Types selected. Arrows between the box on the left and the box on the right allow you to move the selections between the boxes.
