6 Reviewing Prerequisites

This chapter discusses the prerequisites for match and fetch flows, synchronization flows, and merge flows.

6.1 Prerequisites: Match and Fetch Flows

Here are the prerequisites for the match and fetch flows:

• All participating applications must be set up and working properly.

  On the Oracle Customer Hub side, this includes Data Quality services even when provided by a third-party application.

• For the match/fetch integration flow between Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Customer Hub, you must install the Match and Fetch Enterprise Composite Application.

6.2 Prerequisites: Synchronization Flows

Here are the prerequisites for the synchronization flows:

• OCH configuration determines the method of publishing as real-time or batch.

• Cross-references for organizations are manually set up.

6.3 Prerequisites: Merge Flows

Here is the prerequisite for the merge flows:

• The prerequisite is that accounts/contacts have been synchronized between Oracle Customer Hub and Siebel CRM/Oracle E-Business Suite prior to publishing the merge from Oracle Customer Hub.
