New features include the following:

Oracle BI Applications Configuration Manager

Functional Configuration is performed in a Task-based guided format using Oracle BI Applications Configuration Manager and Functional Setup Manager (FSM). For each Offering that you are deploying, FSM provides a list of tasks that must be performed to configure that Offering. For more information, see Section 3, "Performing Functional Configuration".

Maintenance and Administration of Functional Configuration Data is performed using Oracle BI Applications Configuration Manager. For more information, see Section 4, "Administering and Maintaining Functional Configuration Data".
