When you enroll users in a SmartHelp group, the titles then become available for subscription the next time the user opens SmartHelp. The user is notified that there are new sources, and they can choose to subscribe to the entire group or individual titles on the SmartHelp Subscription Home page.

The users must have accounts in Knowledge Center. For more information about users and creating accounts, see Manage Users in the User and Content Management guide. You can also create user groups in Knowledge center to allow you to enroll multiple users quickly and easily in a SmartHelp group. For more information about user groups, see Manage User Groups in the User and Content Management guide.

Before performing this procedure, you must have created user accounts in Knowledge Center.
