Publish the content for the document format that you may use. Ask the following questions about the format and contents: 

• Does the document contain all the information that you want your audience to have?
   
• Does the information appear in the appropriate location in the document; for example, does the concept information appear in the Training Guide document? Do the instructor notes appear in the Instructor Manual? Are the documentation fields for a System Process Document and Test Document populated?
   
• Are there enough screenshots in the document, or should there be more or less?
