The Add Optional Information page allows you to select an owner of the topic and set the state of the content. If an owner is set, they are able to edit the topic by selecting it on the Select Topic to Edit page.

Warning! If you select an owner other than yourself, you will not be able to edit the topic.

To add optional information to a topic in Record It!: 

1. From the Add Optional Information page, select an owner of the topic from the Owner list.
    
2. Select the state of content from the State list.
    
3. Select a language from the Language list.
    
4. Click Next to advance to the next page of the wizard.
