This figure shows the Add Column dialog. In the top left of the dialog are the Prompts and SQL tabs. The Prompts tab is selected. Below that are the column attributes: Owner, Name, Column name, Data Type, Inline, Precision/Size, Scale, and Unit. The Data Type drop-down list is expanded and shows the following choices: CHAR, CLOB, DATE, DOUBLE PRECISCION, FLOAT, INTEGER, NCHAR, and NCLOB. At the bottom of the dialog are the OK and Cancel buttons.
