This flowchart shows the path for enabling the ASR feature and the steps involved in ASR creation. At the top, you provide contact information for your environment. If specific assets or groups use separate contact information, you provide it as well. Next, you enable ASR. If you do not want ASRs to be created for specific assets, you add them to a blacklist. If an enabled asset reports a critical incident, Ops Center attempts to match it with an existing service request. If a match is found, no ASR is created. If no match is found, Ops Center launches an ASR creation job. This job validates the ASR with the ASR web service, then sends the ASR to the Oracle backend, which processes it.
