Because of optimization changes, for release 11.2, this guide has been updated:
Layered customization has been adopted to enhance extensibility features. Layered customizations are more flexible and facilitates safe upgrades and patching.
The way in which the Composite Application Validation System (CAVS) is enabled has been changed. (Previously, you used the CAVS UI - now you are asked to modify the Oracle Application Integration Architecture (Oracle AIA) configuration properties file).
Multiple price list: The Offer design solution is enhanced to support multiple price lists to reduce product proliferation by enabling administrators to design products that can be offered at different prices based on customer segments and multiple currencies. For more information , see Section 3.5, "Multiple Price List Methodology".
Oracle Product Master Data Management integration option for Oracle Communications Design Studio: This is new pre-built integration pack option introduced in the Product MDM integration pack. For more information, see Chapter 6, "Oracle Product Master Data Management Integration Option for Oracle Communications Design Studio".

Oracle Application Integration Architecture Pre-Built Integrations 11.1: Utilities Guide
This guide describes:
How to work with and configure Session Pool Manager (SPM), which is a service in the Oracle SOA Suite web server whose primary function is to manage a pool of web server session tokens that can be reused by BPEL flows.
How to deploy and configure the AIACompositeScheduler. This is a utility component that is used by pre-built integrations to schedule a service-oriented architecture (SOA) composite to be invoked at the specified time interval.
