REST MVC Web Services allow you to use HTTP requests to work with any Oracle Commerce Platform application. These services provide you with ways to do things such as protect user logins, send data to forms using mobile applications, or retrieve data from search results. Multiple controllers generate a model map that can be filtered, and the output from these controllers is used to generate a JSON or XML response.
