E.35 Trivial server error popup in Policy Manager

Problem

When logging into the Policy Manager, you might see the following error message pop-up "Common Server Error."

Cause

1. Some of the servers may not be up or might not be started appropriately.

2. Network issues while starting the servers.

Solution

Restart all the servers.
