Remove the Fan Cover

To access some components, you must remove the fan cover.

1. Remove 12 screws on the top and side of the fan cover.

   Note -  The fan covers on some units are secured with T6 Torx screws. Other units are secured with No. 2 Phillips screws. (Illustration shows T6 Torx screws.)

2. Lift the fan cover from the server.
